HOW TO RETURN

Request Return

Log into your account and select 'Request Return' from your order history, or contact our customer service team.

Package Items

Pack items in original packaging with tags attached. Include the return form we'll email you.

Ship Back

Use the prepaid return label we provide. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Original Condition Required

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for orders over ₹5000. Orders under ₹5000 have a ₹750 return fee.

Original Payment Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients can return items for store credit without the original receipt.

EXCHANGES

Size Exchanges

Exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

Color Exchanges

Exchange for a different color of the same item, subject to availability.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

Price Differences

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll be charged the difference.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Defective items are covered regardless of the 30-day return window and don't require original packaging.
